Andra’s People’s School: Bringing Hope to Fatherless Children

by

Andra Farizki Ramdhani, a 10th-grade student at People’s High School (SRMA 10) in South Jakarta, is a son of a single mother who has shown resilience and determination in pursuing his dreams. Thanks to the People’s School initiative launched by President Prabowo Subianto, Andra has found a new hope for a better future despite financial struggles.

The People’s School, where Andra studies, is a boarding school that provides a conducive learning environment and complete facilities. The structured schedule, from morning prayers to evening calls with his mother, has helped Andra stay focused and disciplined. He has also found strength in friendship, sharing jokes and small moments with his roommates.

Despite growing up without a father, Andra remains ambitious, dreaming of becoming a judo athlete and pursuing higher education at the Defense University (Unhan). His motivation stems from honoring and making his mother proud, who has always supported and believed in him.

Andra is grateful for the opportunity to study at People’s School without the financial burden that often comes with education. He believes that the school offers underprivileged children a chance to learn and grow without additional costs like uniforms. With determination and his mother’s prayers, Andra sees his dreams as attainable and within reach through the support of People’s School.

Overall, the People’s School has not only provided Andra with a quality education but has also instilled in him a sense of independence and hope for a brighter future. Through his journey at the school, Andra is optimistic and determined to achieve his goals and make his mother proud.
