President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, had a dinner meeting with the 7th President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), at Bakmi Jowo Bu Citro 1 in Solo, Central Java, on Sunday, July 21, 2025. During the gathering, Prabowo and Jokowi sat together at the same table, along with Vice President Gibran Rakabuming and the Head of the Agency for Development Control and Special Investigation (BAPPISUS), Aris Marsudiyanto. Prabowo and Gibran were seated opposite each other, while Jokowi and Aris faced each other, enjoying bowls of noodle soup and glasses of water and tea. Before the meal, Prabowo and Jokowi had a private conversation at the table for about an hour. In another section, ministers from the Red-and-White Cabinet, such as Cabinet Secretary Lt. Col. Teddy Indra Wijaya, Foreign Minister Sugiono, State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi, and others were present. Aris Marsudiyanto, known for his role in the Gerindra Party and close ties to Prabowo, was also at the table. Having known Prabowo since their time at the Military Academy in 1992, Aris has been a long-time supporter and active campaigner for him in various elections, including the 2019 and 2024 elections. He has been involved in campaigns in West Java and currently serves as the CEO of one of Prabowo’s companies.
